Heres a link to a timeline of the production for the film: Edgar Wrights involvement and eventually leaving the production after Marvel Studios gains the rights back from Artisan Films. We dont go into a lot of details in the podcast, but if anybodys interested this is pretty interesting and cool.

366 Weird Films covers a lot of films, many I havent seen some I have. Its a pretty long interesting list though some of the movies are a bit difficult to find. Some are on Netflix, a few are on Youtube or can also be found amazon, Some are just difficult to easily track down.

Heres a link to a blog entitled Absurdism Today. There are only two posts but it excellently details what Absurdism is as a philosophical movement. Its much more academic than we go into in the podcast.

Oddball films has this post specifically on Absurdist Cinema. The entire blog is pretty awesome and you can find a lot of movies detailed that run the absurdist spectrum. Its worth a look and you can spend quite a bit of time here.
